Bal Vatika, the pre-primary school of NTPC Dadri celebrated the festival of Raksha Bandhan in full swing. The occasion was graced by the presence of Smt. Rama Devi Rao, President of Jagriti Samaj and other senior members. 

The programme began with a prayer ceremony thanking the gods for their blessings. Further, the spirit of Raksha Bandhan was celebrated with the tying of rakhi among children and cherishing siblinghood amongst all. The children of Bal Vatika also engaged in tying rakhis to the senior members of Jagriti Samaj as a symbol of seeking their guidance and protection. 

This was followed by a small cultural programme by the children ad everyone enjoyed the celebration thoroughly.
